Tanned

If you’re going to the beach shortly before your wedding, be sure to avoid tan lines, especially if the dress you’re wearing to the wedding is strapless. Also unless you want to look darker than you really are, I don’t recommend it. Your makeup is going to look different and you may not feel confident with it. But if what you really want is a tan, do it at least two weeks before, and make sure it is uniform.

Hairstyle and makeup

First of all, you must be clear that your hair and makeup must be done by professionals. Do a trial days before to make sure you like the look before your big day. Inform the stylist and makeup artist what you really like, the colors and type of hairstyle. For example, if you don’t like heavy makeup or hairstyles with hair tied up very tightly and you don’t inform them and you end up having disco makeup and a hairstyle that you don’t like, you won’t feel comfortable, there will be tension in you for that reason and It could ruin your day.

Accessories

Try out your dress with different accessories that you are considering wearing on your wedding day. With this you will know how you will look with the dress to know for sure if it is really what you want to wear. This, along with knowing what type of makeup and hairstyle you want, reduces preparation time and avoids unnecessary stress.

Dress

If you have the dress with you, try it on every week, even days before the wedding, you may be worried or stressed and without knowing it gain or lose weight. If you try on the dress constantly you can correct any mistakes in time and not notice until the wedding day.

Shoes

Don’t wait for the big day to wear the shoes, walk around the house with them, even wear them while sitting. With this, the shoes will fit your feet, and you will also have time to look for others if necessary and not go through discomfort on your wedding day. If the soles of your shoes are smooth and you are going to walk on tiles that can make you slip, rub a small piece of sandpaper on the front of the sole. As simple as it may seem, this can prevent a tragedy to remember. If you are going to walk on grass, wear something under your shoes to prevent them from digging in and getting dirty, especially if your dress covers it, it will be a secret that no one will see.

Eat and drink

The easiest way to look brilliant is to stay hydrated, drink plenty of water the days before and hours before the wedding. Additionally, you should make sure you eat well during your wedding day. Failure to do so, along with any stress of the day, may cause you to faint or suffer severe headaches. And if you are going to drink alcohol, make sure not to get drunk before the photos… especially if it is red wine that can stain your dress and even your teeth.
